Anna Sui had just unveiled her Resort 2013 Collection and the theme for her collection is named “Anna’s Garden”.

The meaning behind her collection name is evident through her designs as the colors utilized in the collection truly resembles a “garden experience”. Aside from that, her flare for Nouveau prints are also evident in the collection as she cleverly mix prints, which at a first glance seems to be all similar but if you look closely, it involves more complicated work. Not all of the clothes in the collection are all prints though. Anna Sui also incorporated some solids though it was more or less limited to white, black, and blue.

In terms of design, Anna Sui has always been known to make “girly” clothes wherein women feel very feminine and flirty when wearing her designs. This is shown in her Resort 2013 collection as dresses and interesting separates were showcased like skirts and pants.

It is not easy to create a balance when utilizing prints but Anna Sui has clearly mastered this art when it comes to this collection.

I would wear every single garment in this collection. Anna Sui does it again!
