Zoraide’s 2012 Spring Summer Collection takes its inspiration from the free culture in America during the 70’s.
The towering thick platforms with snake skin prints are reminiscent of the sexy and uninhibited fun in Studio 54 and the vibrant colors are clearly Andy Wahrol’s influence.
Apart from the 1970’s era, the collection is also inspired by American celebrities such as Liza Minelli, Debbie Harry and Diana Ross who are epitome of feminine fun. Zoraide is a relatively new luxury company founded by style consultant and film producer Paolo Bay. Italian artisans work with leather and textiles to create the designer shoes which upon purchase, are encased in exclusive boxes and carries a certificate of authenticity.
