In 2010 Levi’s, in partnership with Water.org, introduced a new technology in creating their Waterless Jeans. The project’s main goal, to greatly reduce water consumption in the jean’s manufacturing process, translates to a bigger objective, is to promote awareness on water conservation and make clean drinking water available to remote parts of the world. Fast forward to the Levi 2012 Water Less Jeans Collection after the jump.
Two years after launching, Levi’s proudly claims to have saved 172 million liters of water by creating 13 million Water >Less products.
