In support of the UN’s Millennium Development Goal, Tommy Hilfiger unveiled his latest line, The Promise Collection with Katie Holmes as his muse. The African- inspired collection showcases clothes in bold and lively African prints, with each piece largely sourced or 100% made in Africa.

Hilfiger’s goal to help impoverished countries in the Africa continent started after his trip to Uganda. He was moved by the hardships he witnessed that he decided to contribute 2 million dollars to the UN’s charity fund, the Millennium Promise. This charity focuses on providing livelihood and healthcare programs to poor rural villages in sub-Saharan Africa. This year, Hilfiger shows his support to the cause by giving all of the profits of the Promise Collection back to the charity. Check out these sample pieces:
The Elizabeth Scarf, 49.90 euros.
The Kimberly Shirt, 99.90 euros.

The Paarl Dress, 139 euros.
