Chanel’s Little Black Book has officially been released accompanied by a grand exhibition held in Japan. The book features 113 stylish personalities from various fields of the arts- from fashion, film, photography to music – donning the famous Chanel Black Jacket posing for Karl Lagerfield himself. After the jump is a quick look of some of the outstanding pictures.

The Chanel jacket was first created by Coco Mademoiselle in 1954 and was the inspiration for the little black dress. This iconic piece, which retails from $7,000 to $ 24,000, aptly represents the luxury associated with the brand. Each photo in the book has its own charm but Anna Wintour’s was probably the most interesting. A special website is in the works right now to allow easy access to all 113 photos.

The Chanel Jacket is not exactly just for the ladies.
