After winning at the 2010 British Fashion Awards, upcoming designer Edward Meadham continually received recognition for his unconventional fashion and styling.

Citing John Soane and Courtney Love as inspirations, Meadham who has teamed up with fashion blogger, Tavi Gevison in creating the grunge princess look; collaborated with French designer Benjamin Kirchhoff for his whimsical runway show at the 2012 London Fashion Week.

To say that the collection is colorful is an understatement. It was virtually a hodgepodge of pastel, wigs, glitter, sequins and full-blown makeup. In short, it was the most fun runway show that had the audience bursting into giggles at the sight of models looking like cotton candy on the runway.

With its frivolous show, it is easy to forget that the Meadham Kirchhoff collection is wearable and even easy on the pocket. The colorful faux fur, the patched denim jackets and even the glitter tights can easily be paired with a boring outfit to give you a more interesting style.
